There is always music at Duras nightmarket, with usually dancing in the streets.
The atmosphere is great with less emphasis on stalls selling costume jewelry and overpriced clothes and trinkets.
Most of our French friends come here or to Monsegur rather than Eymet, which seems to be more focussed on selling to tourists.

I have to agree, i don't know why Eymet has all the market stalls in the square on a tuesdat, they are nearly all selling old tat, and nothing you can't buy on the thursday market.
It would be much better with, a bit of music & entertainers, tables and chairs around the fountains, and just stalls selling food and drink. This would increase the range of foods sold, and make it far more tourist appealing.
If they really want to keep the market stalls put them in the side streets.

| And I believe the stall cooking the duck at Duras Night Market is better than the Eymet one!!!

I agree. The duck is definitely better in Duras and the same people have a stall in Monsegur on Wednesday!!!
Next Thursday in Duras, they have a superb accordionist, champion of Europe!
